Richard G. Price received an M.B.A. (with Thesis Honors) from Pace University, a J.D (cum laude) from New York Law School, and an LL.M. (in Taxation) from New York University School of Law. Rick has more than twenty years of experience advising businesses and success-oriented individuals, including a stint as an executive with one of the international accounting firms.

Rick saw an opportunity to redefine the CPA's function as the premier advisor to individuals and small businesses. The traditional accounting services are bookkeeping, financial statements, tax returns and tax planning. More recently, the larger accounting firms have moved heavily into consulting services. The common thread to all of these services was helping the client use the data moving through the business.

In 1996, he started a CPA practice dedicated to helping his clients change data into the useful information they need to succeed -- Richard G. Price, CPA, P.C.
